THE BURROW

A pavilion burrowing the pavilion

The Burrow - https://h.aard.work/ - Aad Björkro <yesreply__at__aard.work>
  • The Burrow is a secondary space of the pavilion - asking the question of how to approach Very Large Works backwards: How do we not approach them? Instead of turning them - could we hide under the tables? How can we comfort those who must hide? In a strange-loop mirroring kind of way the Burrow seeks to explore themes of austerity, erasure, borders and self-defeat. The Burrow is a VLW-platform with its own platforms:
  • Burrow Info: https://h.aard.work/
  • Burrow List: http://lists.noemata.net/listinfo.cgi/theburrow-noemata.net
  • Burrow Pad: https://bblab.space/p/the_burrow

PLATFORMS

Open collaborative works - join in!

White Page Gallery - http://www.whitepagegallery.network - White Page Gallery Network <youarewelcome__at__whitepagegallery.network>
  • The White Page Gallery is a new culture for art curatorial practices based on the values of sharing, collaborations and openess. The White Page Gallery is a decentralized network made of indipendent galleries runned by people, such as artists and curators but not limited to those art practitioner figures, on their very own websites. The White Page Gallery is a concept happening every time someone or a group of people opens a WPG on their/her/his website dedicating a webpage for others's exhibitions and art projects. The White Page Gallery happens every time a connection and a collaboration are established between a host and a guest. The WPG's host offers a space and the setting up. The WPG's guest offers the contents. Every host of the WPG has their/her/his own rules for their own gallery.
Cyborg Matrix - http://thecyborgmatrix.com/ - Cyborg Art Collective <cyborgMatrix__at__cyarco.com>
  • A virtual 3D environement where works can be added to the space. Some works from Very Large Works are already displaying in the space. Do you want to add you art to the space, head to The Cyborg Matrix or send an email (see above). See you in cyberspace!!

THE ALPHABET - https://the-alphabet.net/ - Edoardo Gaudieri <detoune__at__gmail.com>
  • I thought it could be useful to take a step back and start from scratch: let's fill the pages of our word editors with single letters, in every dimension and font possible.
Hypercollective Autobiography - https://ludoviccoutinho.frama.wiki/autobiographie_hypercollective - Ludovic Coutinho <contact__at__ludoviccoutinho.com>
  • This document is to be considered as the testimony of an extrapersonal memory, i. e. a memory whose artistic(and research) interest would be to go beyond the constitutive limits of the human being, of his memory. By making “submissions of briefs“, at least one line per date and per participant, this document (as an act of work) will make it possible to write the very first “Hypercollective Autobiography”.
The VteX Files - https://github.com/the-vtex-files/the-vtex-files.github.io - RPG - <ca_jaeger__at__protonmail.com>

  • The VteX Files is an experimental action RPG set on moon VteX, a rather hostile environment, where players face an abyss full of horrors. In the process, this tale of out-of-control capitalism, inter-dimensional surveillance and space-time distortion becomes strangely and poignantly relatable. Descriptions and dialogue are blurred with real events, posing the additional difficulty to draw a clear line between fact and fiction, with the intended effect to consider matters from various angles, which all have to be taken into account.
#DUMPHAUS - https://dump.haus - <askdumphaus__at__gmail.com>
  • keep receiving GIF animations that are difficult to host, and videos in place forGIFs
Very Large Work discussionlist - http://lists.noemata.net/listinfo.cgi/very_large_works-noemata.net - <mail__at__noemata.net>

  • List for discussion Very Large Works issues. With archives back to May, containing 300+ posts. Will be open and active during the exhibition period. Comments and critique are welcome!

WORKS

Individual works

100000000 transparent pixels - Dominik Podsiadly

http://kolo-x.net/VLW/100000000.html

1001 Things of Mine to Buy Before You Die - Peter Basma-Lord - https://peterbasmalord.com/1001.html
  • An e-commerce website I built to sell every single thing I own. Listing not only my physical possessions but also the things (objects) of mine that are intangible; relationships and memories. Whilst it should be growing eternally I find myself unkeen to get rid of anything so objects remain unlisted or overpriced.
161.72.22.246 - Joseph Moore - http://www.inhabitants.xyz/161.72.22.246/
  • I began making 24 hour recordings of webcams in 2014. Each recording is done at 1 frame every 10 seconds, creating 8640 frames during a 24 hour period. For VLW and The Burrow I created a new treatment of two of these recordings, one of the THÉMIS Solar Telescope located on the Canary Islands (for VLW), the other of a camera controlled milking machine located in Darmstadt Germany (for The Burrow). In this version each recording is played back at 1 frame every 25 seconds.
  • Many of the recordings in my archive focus on non-human animals at sites of domesticity (the family home), industrial production (the factory farm), and knowledge accumulation (the lab).  In this work I engage the history of non-human animals in photography and cinema and their relationship to the development of camera based biometrics. I am also interested in what can be revealed by slowing down and speeding up the playback of these recordings.
  • Considering the telescope alongside other imaging technologies (security cameras, CV controlled industrial devices) I think of Barthes Camera Lucida where he writes about Alexander Gardner’s photograph Portrait of Lewis Payne (1865). In the photograph Payne awaits execution and Barthes captions the image with “He is dead and he is going to die.” Peering through the telescope we see millions of dead stars whose light is only reaching us now. Like a letter from the deceased the past comes to us always too late.
  • Making these images is an attempt to bear witness to a disaster, one that cannot be fully accounted for in any single or group of images, that cannot be captured as a whole but only glimpsed in fragments, and one that is, as Barthes wrote of photographs, a “catastrophe which has already occurred.”

2XTWEETSXMODEMSXTEXTXTWEET, 909 Tweets - Cyrus LK -  https://vimeo.com/307491271, https://twitter.com/2XTXMXTXT

  • 2XTWEETSXMODEMSXTEXTXTWEET(abbreviated 2X) is a modem poetry machine, a fake-news generatorsimultaneously requesting, modulating, demodulating, uploading and manipulating two Twitter news feeds atthe same (modulation) frequency; resulting therefore in a quasi-gibberish/quasi-legible loop of datatransmission and destruction.
72 million points - Gottfried Haider - https://72mpoints.ghai.xyz/
  • I recently bought just a tiny bit of land in the desert / which still takes up 1.2 GB of space / meticulouslyorganized in over ten thousand files / who each hold a couple of grains, in a structure computer scientists callan octree.
Accessgrid - Alan Sondheim - http://www.alansondheim.org/accgrid.mp4
  • accessgrid early experiment; later we sent the signal continuously around the world through what was called Internet 2; the result was what appeared to be audio/video feedback, but each successive layer was the result of circling the world, not 'local.'

Arbitrary screen resolutions
- Benna Gaean Maris - http://aaaabeegimnnnrs.net/asr/
  • Multi-channel video installation, 29 silent still frames, variable sizes. The work criticises from one side the standardisation that forces artists to stick to predetermined formats, and from the other side the emptiness of most video entertainment proposing eye-candy special effects and charming aesthetics featuring extremely high resolutions as a main content, but no real teaching or concept behind.
The Art World's Ponzi Scheme - Bruce Barber - https://www.artistprofile.com.au/who-runs-the-artworld/
  • a pyramid structure with players, prayers and payers contributing to the receivers at the apex of the pyramid.
Brain Massage - Luca Forcucci - https://vimeo.com/291350157
  • This is a massage room for your brain, just imagine this is yours, let your self go and relax, we take care of it.For a better experience use heaphones and a confortable place.
Burn a Disk - Nicole Kouts - https://www.nicolekouts.com/burn-a-disk
  • Behind the eyes in front. A Funerary Ritual of images in the scanning process. The work addresses a contemporary paradox: the discard of analog archives and the excess of information in the digital world. Open questions about the obsolescence of old fetishes, the relationship between immortality and virtualization, the representation of emotions mediated by new means and the narratives elaborated in the universe of hyperlinks. The creation of new beliefs, prophecies, and doctrines, as well as the affectivity, illusion, and mysticism within these digital sanctuaries, are a dive into the diffuse mechanisms that structure and compose discontinuous and reconstructed contemporary memory.
Constellations Over Playas - Joseph Moore and Stephanie Vella - http://www.constellationsoverplayas.com/
  • Since 2003 the US has enacted simulated terrorist attacks against Payas NM; Constellations Over Playas is an ongoing online diagnosis of this place.
Dear Dead Diary - Karina Pálosi - http://www.karinapalosi.com/work/blogCloud.html
  • We now know that everything we do online is recorded. Everything? Even that stupid blog I set up in 2001 I never looked at again? Well, go have a look.
  • This is the public side of the graveyard, surprisingly entertaining at times, but also very embarrassing and painful without any regard to the living. These are the frozen memories, forgotten, abandoned, a strata in the sediments of the internet. How extended? Hard to say. There is no official count from Google.
  • Find it's borders. Type a word, any word - and see if it exists. Here and there you might even find one that is still alive!
Do something until something stops you doing - Novi Otten Erytryalsilani - https://vimeo.com/354910282
  • I knew perfectly the wave was rough
  • Yet I went into water
  • Without question it was horrifying
  • Yet I keep swimming
  • Considering the water is getting warm in the night
  • So how do I eat this chicken?
  • Oh, don't worry
  • You can eat it with your hand

Dominion - Lawrence Bird - https://vimeo.com/237064401
  • Dominion is 800,000 square miles large. Dominion seeks out anomalies in two very large surveils: the Dominion Land Survey, a 19th century  project to map and transform the landscape of western Canada; and the representation of that landscape in Google Earth today.

Emojisociety - Antonela Debiasi - https://emojisociety.glitch.me/
  • I did not choose to be in that photo. I do not like photos. Nobody told us that they were going to take a picture and save it on the Internet forever. The Internet does not forget. emojisociety is an installation that uses artificial intelligence for facial recognition, which claims to recognize your emotions and decides based on a too shortlist whom emoji is the most appropriate to replace the unique face. In the past future, emojisociety is an intelligent glitch who anonymizes faces that did not give consent to be taken, stored, analyzed, labeled and distributed.

Ethical Considerations
- Aad Björkro - https://vimeo.com/363433485
  • An exploration of the ethical scientist. From the basis of Oppenheimer's famous reflection on dropping theatom bomb, deep learning is used to synthesize his image - while a not-voice reads a synthesized section on 'Ethical Considerations' of a recent research paper (continuing the first two paragraphs of a real paper).
Failure codes - Stefanie Reling-Burns - http://failures.stefanie-reling.de/

  • "The value of error" is based on failure reports you get e.g. when a printing job has failed or while programming nonsense. I also like to open tiny illustrations in 'text edit' or any editor program. Then, I get 'pattern-like' codes often with more than 2000-3000 A4 pages.
  • "WYSIWYF_what you see is when you fail" is the attempt to copy as much failure code as possible in an 'onepage' website.
Folders - Daniel Temkin - https://esolangs.org/wiki/Folders
  • A few years ago, I create the Folders programming language.  In Folders, all commands and data are represented by the pattern of folders within folders. The names of folders are ignored, as are any files sitting within them. It often takes a great many folders to make anything happen, particularly ones that have significant binary data.
  • For example, I recently wrote a program that generates a bmp file in the pattern of the 50.shades project. In Folders, it took over 4 million folders to represent that pattern. However, in a sense it was also no size at all -- in Windows, folders don't count as taking up space on disk; so if you get properties on the base folder of the program, it will say it takes up 0 bytes on disk.

From Here - Alan Sondheim - http://www.alansondheim.org/fromhere5.mp4

  • Infinite Anomaly
  • I work with a virtual world, OpenSim, on my laptop; I'm the only living soul within it. There is an anomaly Ihave taken advantage of; the avatar is "seized" by the world itself, and sent flying from the one island/landmass. This is an infinite journey of no return; From Here is one of the pieces I've made using the anomaly. In this case, it's the camera, the spectator, that's sent flying, as the world disappears from a Buddha-like avatar...

Has anyone ever cried anything other than tears? - Samuel Brzeski - https://vimeo.com/338231429

  • Has anyone ever cried anything other than tears? is a doom metal text video. The video presents texts that were sourced from random daily updates from forum-based website Quora.com, in which visitors to the site post questions that are answered by the online community. The soundscape is an edit of a track from the doommetal band Bongripper. It is best played loud.
human being, (2017-) - ydivyasri - https://sites.google.com/view/vlwhumanbeing/home

  • An ongoing peice of work. It is an instruction based artwork. Anyone who uses beauty products can take part init. The result is a continuous production of similar looking, human like figures.

Human Being is a series of paintings made out of face and body products. This work was produced in an attempt to reflect on standardised notions of beauty promoted by corporations and media. It highlights the influence of ad content in restraining freedom of the consumer from maintaining unique identities.
HumanObject - Letta Shtohryn - https://vimeo.com/357168813
  • It's about perfection, consisting of soviet sports achievements, militarism, extended bionic limbs and AI.

Identify19 - Lavoslava Benčić - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/485614772321491373
  • I examined how the word "men" (and the textual descriptions that are close to the basic concept) is translated into the sequence of synthesized images. With the tool, AttnGAN I synthesized the details on different sub-regions of the image. I paid special attention to the description and selection of relevant words in natural language (English). Afterwards, I used YOLACT tool to check if the primary concept ("men") is recognised. The results are unpredictable and images are unexpected...
Internet Text - Alan Sondheim - http://www.alansondheim.org/
  • In early 1994, I gave myself the task or structure of writing a post a day, for the foreseeable future; that was over twenty-five years ago. (This was the continuation of an artistic practice I had engaged in, offline for years.)
  • Size and issues re: the Internet Text. Information gathered from panix.com and http://www.alansondheim.org  1544632 9080039 60313486 total of all *.txt files at my panix.com account.   865224 5449499 36057531 total of all ??.txt files at my panix.com account ==> The first is all .txt files. .doc, .rtf, etc. are excluded The second is all the .txt files of the form [a-z][a-z].txt which are all the current normative form of the Internet Text.    What's excluded are the accompanying audio/video/image/etc. files; everything is at http://www.alansondheim.org There may be several files not included on the webpage for personal reasons, but the figures are largely correct.

          A very long line.

Media black hole - Chris Byrne - http://crowriver.rf.gd/blackhole/

  • The black hole is the ultimate destiny of all matter, and thus all information. It stands as a metaphor for entropy in the universe. An entropy that we are all affected by in the end.
  • The black hole information paradox is a puzzle resulting from the combination of quantum mechanics and general relativity. This suggests that physical information could permanently disappear in a black hole, allowing many physical states to devolve into the same state.
  • Input information and watch everything disappear.

Nuance de Rêve - Catalina Vallejos - http://antiparti.cl/NuanceDeReve.html - considered toobig to show inside a Tokyo museum.
Order of Magnitude - Ben Grosser - https://vimeo.com/333795857
  • As the founder and CEO of the world’s largest social media corporation, what does Mark Zuckerberg think about? While we get clues from his posts on Facebook and elsewhere, a primary window into this question is through his public video recorded appearances. Covering the earliest days of Facebook in 2004 up through Zuckerberg’s compelled appearances before the US Congress in 2018, these recordings reveal what’s changed and what hasn’t changed about the way he speaks and what he says.

For ORDER OF MAGNITUDE, I viewed every one of these recordings and used them to build a supercut drawn from three of Mark’s most favored words: “more,” “grow,” and his every utterance of a metric such as “two million” or “one billion.” The result is a nearly fifty minute film that reveals primary topics of focus for the tech CEO, acting as a lens on what he caresabout, how he thinks, and what he hopes to attain.

Sisyphus of the Ear - Johannes Birringer - http://verylarge.works/johannes/Sisyphus_Of_The_Ear_jb.mp4
  • The visual scenario portrays an older man's protracted and dangerous climb up a steep hillside in an abandoned quarry. The climb fails and the protagonist falls down and slides to the bottom, to repeat the climb over again. The images compose a study of futility (and an existential scenario indebted to Camus’ story on Sisyphus (1955) where he speaks of it being set against the “unreasonable silence of the world” here compounded by a [not visible] condition of an “inner wind” (vestibular disorder, tinnitus and hyperacusis). The audible conditions of the inner wind are kinetically evoked and dynamically and dramatically interpreted through the percussion instruments, and thus the aural and the visual engender each other’s restraint.

Sleeping shepherd remixed - James Hutchinson - https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/sleeping-shepherd-remixed-ab0147e6cf884eb9b9f9f76a287633a8
  • For VLW, the Burrow and The Wrong. I give you 'Sleeping shepherd remixed'.
  • S.S.R is the latest in a line of digitally remixed works in which I fuse high resolution and ‘fake low resolution’ meshes with abstract painting and virtual graffiti. 'Sleeping shepherd remixed' is available via Sketchfab where it can be scaled to a colossal size, online, within virtual 3d space, Ideally using an HTC Vive Headset. Or in Augmented Reality using the Sketchfab App on a  Smartphone.
  • The Sunderland Pavilion knack knack for The Wrong Biennale will include a scan of the original ‘Sleeping shepherd’ by John Gibson via an AR presentation in the Shaun Project Space, so through a ‘time tunnel’ or ‘retro burrow’ one can visit a ‘spectral version’ of the original sculpture: http://bit.ly/knackknack

SPAMM / live remix from phone - Chan SomethingStar - url to come -http://lists.noemata.net/pipermail/very_large_works-noemata.net/2019-August/date.html
Spammuseum - Stefanie Reling-Burns - http://spammuseum.de/
  • Since 1998 I'm collecting, reading and archiving spammails. In the earlier days - before web 2.0 - fill texts full of nonsense have been used to trick the spam filters. But even today you can find some extensive textfiller, which look often like a pattern. I've got thousands and thousands of useful spam and use them for creating fakestories by resampling or for text based analog installations.
  • According to statistics (source: Statista), the estimated number of spam emails, that have been sent worldwide in 2011, was around 42 billion. If we were to print out all these spam mails on an A 4 page with its width of 21 cm and put them together, the length of all pages would be 8820000 km. That's about half the distance from Earth to the Sun or 23 trips to the Moon. If you think about how many spam emails have ever been sent worldwide since the Internet exists, this route seems to spread close to infinity. For me, this fortunate circumstance of a seemingly endless resource, is an invaluable source of material.
  • Today's spam mails adapt to the latest anti-spam filters and maintain the eternal competition between spammers and anti-spam developers.
  • The spammuseum is online since 2007, redesigned in 2019 and still growing.
Sub Pixel - Christian Bøen (Termodress) - http://termodress.com/vlw/VLW_Build-HTML5-Shipping.html
  • My work for VLW is a spawning loop of sub pixel in a virtual space. The prototype consists of 1x1x1 cm square boxes (representing RGB sub pixels). Every second a box is dropped from 10 meters height (adjustable). The boxes will be dropped continuously for as long as the computer is turned on (as long as the software does not crash, or there is a memory failure, etc.). The 3D model can easily be modified. The prototype is tested with the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox, but should also work on Safari. Use W, A, S, D to move around, the mouse to look, CTRL to crouch and SPACE to jump. Fact sub pixels: Three sub pixels make up one pixel (one red, one green and one blue sub pixel). The pixel is the smallest unit sent to a display (with color information).
Unwoven - Elle Thorkveld - https://vimeo.com/353143362
  • The aesthetic unwinding of an image over time. Time compressed slit scan of an image recorded in 12 minute intervals. Selected run, as an experiment multiple runs were done on various starting images. Aesthetic unraveling subjectively seems to occur between 1 to 2.5 hours.
Very Large Works - Noemata - http://verylarge.works/
  • An online show containing a pavilion of https://thewrong.org/ new digital art biennale (Nov 2019 - Mar 2020), The Burrow as a secondary space, and itself, leading to an infinite regression and expansion, and the endlessly large, though redundant and tautological, not unlike spam.

  • In the world of art it would be fair to say a group exhibition shouldn't be self-referential and contain itself as work. So let W be a group exhibition that contains all these fair group exhibitions which don't contain themselves as work. Now, does W contain itself or not? If W doesn't contain itself then it's part of the W group exhibition and thus contains itself. But if W contains itself then it's not part of the W group exhibition and doesn't contain itself.

The Weight of Information 2.0 - Julian Priest - http://julianpriest.org/project/twoi
  • Satellite, Groundstation, Thomas King Observatory, Low Earth Orbit, 15.11.18 - 03.04.19

I've recently completed a work called The Weight of Information which was based on a picosatellite in orbit between March 18th and March 23rd 2019. Thought the chipsat is tiny the orbital dimensions are ~ 13500km.
The Weight of Information 2.0 is an artwork in 2 parts - a pico-satellite called TWOi that wasin autonomous Low Earth Orbit, and a ground station in the Thomas King Observatory in Wellington NZ.

QUESTIONS

Questions and issues regarding VLW

Interested in the amount of energy taken up by any large works at this point in time; also issues of 'infinity' - the word gets used a lot and seems problematic to me, given planck and energy constraints; again, 1/0 = infinity, but it's unclear what that means, other than an insertion into formal statements. -- Alan Sondheim

Scale means different things in different dimensions. At a trans-dimensional level, scale could be considered as involving the number of dimensions of something. What are those dimensions?

'Latency' and lag can by a perspective to the vague, scant, inactive, flaky. 1. the state of existing but not yet being developed or manifest; concealment. 2.COMPUTING the delay before a transfer of data begins following an instruction for its transfer. "In latent learning particularly, there is no observation of a reward or punishment. Latent learning is simply animals observing their surroundings with no particular motivation to learn the geography of it; however, at a later date, they are able to exploit this knowledge when there is motivation - such as the biological need to find food or escape trouble." https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latent_learning.

A durational piece could be a very large work, but what about works that aren't continuous but come into being over long periods of time? What I'm especially interested in is the inactive periods, the chunks of time when the work is ostensibly not being worked on. Can we say that nothing is happening during those periods? Are the intervals between the work being worked on part of the work? Is its occurrence, spread out in time, one of the elements that shape it? Will a small work, diluted over a very large period of time, become a very large work? Or will it become invisible? (I first thought this could connect to Failure but a diluted-to-the-point-of-invisibility work is not necessarily a failed work. Maybe a homeopathic work?)

When we discuss the possibilities of very large works where are the limits of our discussion, is this delineated only by logic based structure or do 'other' possibilities merit worth?
Is it right to take just one parameter of the work or is it better to take them all into consideration? example: if we take the work of Cage mentioned, the piece is very long but from the point of view of the instrumentation (one instrument) it's the smallest you can have. As an insturment with timbre it has only some  pitch-frequencies. So it has not a large frequency-spectrum. What is the parameter?

when the data moves between different formats/media, the characteristcs are changed, say, from a hot media in mcluhan terminology, to cool, or vice versa. i wonder if what we're trying to do here, maybe, is turning hot to cool, in collapsing a symbolic largeness, or the heat tied to a well-running apparatus, either formal or physical, say, an infinite bloating or spectacle, collapsed into another, low definition? media that don't take your senses hostage, but rather engage them through incompleteness, lack, or failure. Complete/incomplete could be a dimension of VLW?

thoughts on scale 1:1
"In effect, to perfectly simulate the universe we would need another, identical universe"
"In fact these days the main limitation of computers compared to brains is energy consumption: your brain uses only about as much power as a small lightbulb, while Watson’s supply could light up a whole office building."
"Nearest-neighbor is the simplest and fastest learning algorithm ever invented. In fact, you could even say its the fastest algorithm of a kind that could even be invented. It consists of doing exactly nothing, and therefore takes zero time to run."

Are there more number of stars than number of pixels?

"A white-wash in many ways - culturally, institutionally and economically" - Is this logic if the world is made only of sapiens? -- chan chan chan <bidulastre2__at__hotmail.fr>

Contribution One:  What does it take to be a genius?  Do you have it?  Does anyone you know personally have it?  What does the year 2000 mean?  Does it mean this to you, or other people?  How are the concepts of genius and the year 2000 connected?

When Borges talks about labyrinths, is that a synonym for networks?

will VERY LARGE works make water to go down the plug hole the other way?

maybe some work could be based on the new kilogram? The Unbearable Lightness of the Internet (Here Comes Everybody)? the new definition now into one zoomable non-deterministic territory?

could also "large" be intended as "long"? a length obtained by repeating a single element (an image, a video, a  single frame, a single word or even a single letter) until the sense goes down. given an element, it's possible to create a (new/old) world by adding the elements itself as a (regular/irregular) pattern. time, space, money. all this topics are created by the repetition of a single (irrelevant and defined by conventions) element.

Termodress - http://surrealist.no/reception/reception.html. Platform-related: A prototype of an interactive 3D-gallery with a lot of space (1500x1500 meter I think), currently empty. And it is also possible to make infinite world(s) with Unreal Engine 4, using level streaming.

"large" could be like SPA (social practice art)? They use to have a large number of persons involved.

very tiny works, rather undermining the term in different ways. an initial idea behind the project was a reaction to the bloatedness of artworks - https://finance.yahoo.com/news/artprice-10-top-selling-artworks-103000807.html
